一、項(xiàng)目說(shuō)明
“1-2-1（2+2）中美大學(xué)雙學(xué)位計(jì)劃”（簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“1-2-1（2+2）計(jì)劃”）是美國(guó)國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)文化交流協(xié)會(huì)World American Cultural Exchanges（簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)WACE）于1997年開(kāi)創(chuàng)的21世紀(jì)新型留學(xué)項(xiàng)目,由WACE選擇中國(guó)和美國(guó)有關(guān)高等院校作為“1-2-1（2+2）計(jì)劃”的成員大學(xué)，具體承擔(dān)教學(xué)任務(wù)實(shí)現(xiàn)中美校際直接交流。
“1-2-1計(jì)劃”又稱(chēng)“三明治計(jì)劃”，將學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)劃分為三段，兩頭在中國(guó)（1）、（1），中間在美國(guó)（2）。中方大學(xué)可選拔在校學(xué)生，到美國(guó)成員大學(xué)攻讀兩年，然后返回中方大學(xué)完成剩余課程，
“2+2”即：學(xué)生大一、二（2）在中方大學(xué)攻讀兩年，大三、四（2）赴美國(guó)成員大學(xué)攻讀兩年。
“1-2-1（2+2）”中美大學(xué)學(xué)分相互承認(rèn)、學(xué)分互換，使學(xué)生用最少的時(shí)間同時(shí)獲得中美兩個(gè)國(guó)家的大學(xué)畢業(yè)證書(shū)和學(xué)士學(xué)位證書(shū)。
“1-2-1（2+2）”是中國(guó)大學(xué)校內(nèi)選拔優(yōu)秀學(xué)生赴美留學(xué)，中美大學(xué)共同制定聯(lián)合專(zhuān)業(yè)教學(xué)提綱，學(xué)分互認(rèn)、學(xué)分轉(zhuǎn)換等分階段在中美兩校學(xué)習(xí)完成本科學(xué)業(yè)。畢業(yè)后分別可獲得中美兩國(guó)大學(xué)頒發(fā)的本科畢業(yè)證書(shū)和學(xué)士學(xué)位證書(shū)。

所有參加“1-2-1（2+2）計(jì)劃”的學(xué)生可免“托?！?、“雅思”成績(jī)而能獲得美國(guó)大學(xué)的正式錄取，并獲得美國(guó)使館的簽證。使學(xué)生能順利跨過(guò)“語(yǔ)言門(mén)檻”獲得赴美國(guó)留學(xué)的機(jī)會(huì)。
“1-2-1（2+2）計(jì)劃”學(xué)生在美大學(xué)期間可同時(shí)學(xué)習(xí)專(zhuān)業(yè)（基礎(chǔ)）課和補(bǔ)習(xí)英語(yǔ)，由此避免了傳統(tǒng)留學(xué)方式需要語(yǔ)言過(guò)關(guān)后才能進(jìn)入專(zhuān)業(yè)（基礎(chǔ)）課的學(xué)習(xí)，致使學(xué)生和家長(zhǎng)造成時(shí)間和經(jīng)濟(jì)上的巨大損失。
二、“1-2-1（2+2）計(jì)劃”對(duì)象
1、在校就讀的本科、專(zhuān)科大一、大二學(xué)生。
2、無(wú)語(yǔ)言成績(jī)或語(yǔ)言成績(jī)較弱者的學(xué)生。
3、希望盡快獲取美國(guó)大學(xué)錄取申請(qǐng)并最大限度確保簽證成功的學(xué)生。
4、希望用最少時(shí)間同時(shí)獲得中美雙方大學(xué)畢業(yè)證書(shū)和學(xué)士學(xué)位的在校生。
